Is Raji: Kaliyuga Co-op? Single-player and Two Heroes
The official answer on local and online multiplayer, and why Raji and Darsh do not imply a two-player mode.
No multiplayer is planned
The developer FAQ explicitly says there are no plans for co-op or multiplayer. Our previous wording, “co-op has not been confirmed,” was too vague. Steam also categorises the game as single-player.
Two protagonists are a story design
The store describes control changing with story events. Raji and Darsh accompany one another; that is not an invitation slot for a second player. We have no evidence of drop-in co-op, split-screen, online matchmaking or a manual character-swap button usable anywhere.
This matters when choosing a game for two people: do not buy a second copy or controller expecting cooperative play on the basis of dual-protagonist footage. For the announced combat distinction, read gameplay and Darsh.
This page describes the announced design, not an attempt to test a multiplayer menu in an unreleased build. Any later change should be checked against a new official announcement.
